Kevin Comeback is a former elite college hockey player and lifelong multi-sport athlete who competed across multiple sports throughout high school. With a background in Kinesiology, he combines real playing experience with a deep understanding of performance, strength, and athletic development. As the founder of the Comeback Multi Sport Method, Kevin is on a mission to change the way athletes train—helping them become faster, stronger, and more complete competitors while also creating opportunities to build their network, lead others, and earn within the system.
I believe athletes were never meant to train the same way year-round for just one sport.
